Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Veogen, including our website, applications, AI generation tools, media outputs, subscriptions, credits, and related services.

By accessing or using Veogen, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Veogen is an AI-powered platform for generating and editing videos and images. Features may include text-to-video, image-to-video, text-to-image, image-to-image, reference-led video workflows, media editing, asset storage, public galleries, subscriptions, and credit-based usage.

We may add, remove, limit, or modify features at any time.

Eligibility and Accounts

To use certain parts of Veogen, you may need to create an account. You agree that:

The information you provide is accurate and current
You will keep your login credentials secure
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account
You will notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised

We may suspend or terminate accounts that are fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.

Credits, Pricing, and Payments

Veogen may offer free usage, paid credits, subscriptions, or a combination of these.

By making a purchase, you agree that:

You will pay all applicable charges, taxes, and fees
Pricing, credit amounts, model availability, and plan features may change
Some plans renew automatically until canceled
Payment processing is handled by third-party providers
Refunds are only provided when required by law or when we expressly agree otherwise

If a payment is reversed, disputed, or fails, we may suspend access to paid features, credits, or outputs related to that payment.

AI Models and Generated Results

Veogen provides access to internal and third-party AI models. Outputs may vary across models, prompts, and time. You acknowledge that:

Outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, offensive, low quality, incomplete, or unavailable
Different models may behave differently even when given similar inputs
We do not guarantee that any specific model will remain available
We do not guarantee that outputs will be unique, error-free, or fit for any specific purpose

You are responsible for reviewing generated content before using, publishing, licensing, or relying on it.

Your Content

As between you and Veogen, you retain ownership of the prompts, uploads, and other content you submit, to the extent permitted by law and subject to third-party rights.

You grant Veogen and its service providers a limited license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, modify as technically necessary, and process your content for the purpose of:

Operating the service
Running generation jobs
Delivering outputs
Preventing abuse
Enforcing our policies
Supporting features such as storage, previews, galleries, and visibility controls

If you make content public, you also allow us to display that content within public parts of the service.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Veogen to:

Violate any law or regulation
Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of others
Generate, upload, edit, request, or distribute unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, or malicious content
Generate, upload, edit, request, or distribute any NSFW, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, pornographic, fetish, erotic, adult-only, uncensored, unfiltered, or otherwise sexualized content
Create or request nudity intended for sexual gratification or erotic presentation
Create, request, or distribute any sexual content involving minors, age ambiguity, exploitative situations, grooming themes, or abuse
Create deepfakes, face swaps, impersonation content, or identity manipulation without clear authorization and consent, including deceptive edits of real people
Create non-consensual intimate imagery, harassment, stalking, threats, fraud, scams, forged documents, or privacy-invasive material
Generate or distribute hateful, extremist, violent, illegal, or rights-infringing content
Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, scrape, or interfere with the service
Bypass usage limits, payment controls, account restrictions, or security measures
Resell, sublicense, or provide unauthorized commercial access to Veogen
Use automated methods to abuse free credits, subscriptions, referral systems, or promotional offers

Veogen does not permit NSFW, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content generation. We may reject prompts, block outputs, suspend features, revoke credits, or terminate accounts that violate these requirements. Our separate Acceptable Use Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Public Content and Visibility

Some content on Veogen may be public by default or based on your account entitlements and settings. You are responsible for understanding whether a generated asset is public, private, or copy-protected before uploading or generating sensitive material.

Do not submit confidential, regulated, or highly sensitive material unless you are comfortable with the applicable storage, processing, and visibility risks.

Intellectual Property

Veogen and its related software, interfaces, branding, site content, and service design are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Veogen or any underlying technology to you. Except as expressly allowed by law or by us in writing, you may not copy, distribute, modify, sell, lease, or create derivative works from the service itself.

Third-Party Services

Veogen relies on third-party providers for payments, storage, analytics, authentication, support, moderation, and AI generation. Your prompts, negative prompts, uploads, generation parameters, and related request metadata may be processed by those providers as needed to operate the service, prevent abuse, and comply with legal or payment-provider requirements.

Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and policies.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Veogen at any time if:

You violate these Terms
Your use creates legal, security, or operational risk
Payment fails or is disputed
We are required to do so by law or provider requirements

You may stop using Veogen at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions related to payments owed, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute terms.

Disclaimers

Veogen is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

We do not warrant that the service will always be secure, available, accurate, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veogen and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim relating to Veogen will not exceed the greater of:

The amount you paid to Veogen in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim
USD $100

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Veogen and its affiliates, personnel, licensors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and expenses arising out of:

Your content
Your use of Veogen
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any law or third-party rights
